TALL is the brainchild of frontman Eric Barron. Based in Dallas, TX, the band's sound draws from a sonic palette of the garage, indie, psych, surf punk, & doo-wop. In January 2014, Eric recorded and self-released a limited amount of four-song handmade demo cassettes under the name TALL. Shortly after this release, Eric met bassist Yaschua Duprey and drummer Jon Jackson. Chemistry developed quickly and by mid-April, the band recorded a seven-song demo in the garage of Eric's parent's house. Throughout that year, the band went on to play at venues such as Club Dada, The Prophet Bar, Crown & Harp, Double Wide, Lola's, Shipping and Receiving, J&J's, Rubber Gloves and at festivals such as The Deep Ellum Arts Festival, and All Last Saturdays at Muddy Waters.
